Property management is the largest part of what we do. Grant Drennan started Your Property Team because, as an investor, he couldn’t find the service and consistency he wanted for his own properties. He’s still an investor today, and still the constant behind every property we manage. So you get advice as well as management: on your rent, on your property’s condition, and on how your property sits in your whole portfolio.
Your property is also somebody’s home. We look after your tenant as well as you, because a tenant who’s looked after stays, and getting that balance right is how everyone ends up with the best outcome. That’s how we work for residential and commercial owners across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Changing agents feels like a big job. Most of it isn't yours. We give your current agent 30 days' notice for you, and the handover happens inside those 30 days. Your tenant's lease carries on unchanged, they get our payment details in writing before their next rent is due, and we check the bond is lodged with the RTA, not just take the previous agent's word for it.

Renting your beachside holiday home is not like renting out anything else you own. Over the years I have owned a number of “rental investment properties” but never a Holiday Home Your holiday home is special. It’s an extension of your other home. Its part of you. Your TV, your knives forks and plates, your pillows, your colour schemes, your pictures on the wall, your memories. Sure it’s a bonus to have an additional income to help pay the rates taxes repairs and maintenance and insurance but the big question is “who will look after it because it’s so far away from my other home?” Will they look after it like I would if I were closer? Will that person make my guests feel as comfortable there as I do? Grant and the Your Property Team DID ALL THOSE THINGS with a smile. Don’t hesitate If you want to be as satisfied with a property / air BnB manager as I am after 50 years of trying to find the best RING AND HAVE A CHAT. I did and I don’t regret it for a moment.
